Sticker Mania — Terms of Service

Welcome to Sticker Mania. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.stickermania818.com (the "Site") and any orders placed with Sticker Mania LLC ("Sticker Mania," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Overview of Our Products

Sticker Mania produces printed mylar packaging bags, including pre-made designs and fully custom orders. All products are printed on demand and made to order. We do not hold stock; items are printed specifically for each order.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Sticker Mania. We reserve the right to refuse, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that involve suspected fraud, problematic or infringing artwork, or errors in pricing or product information.

3. Custom Orders, Artwork & Proofs

Custom orders are submitted straight to production as entered and provided by the customer. In some situations, at our discretion, we may reach out to request approval or clarification before printing. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all submitted files, artwork, logos, text, and order selections are correct before completing checkout.

You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully. Once your order is placed — and, where applicable, once you approve a proof we send — the order proceeds to production as submitted.

4. Artwork Rights & Customer Responsibility

By uploading or submitting any logo, artwork, image, or text, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use it. You agree that Sticker Mania is not responsible for verifying ownership or rights to any content you provide.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit. Sticker Mania reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content we believe, in our sole discretion, to be infringing, unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Product Variation

Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitors, devices, and printing processes. Minor variations in color, finish, and material are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Per-unit pricing may vary based on order volume, as described on the Site. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, in the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel any order placed based on incorrect pricing, even after the order has been submitted.

A minimum order of 32 units applies. Designs may be mixed to reach the minimum.

7. Returns, Refunds & Shipping

All orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. As stated in those policies, all sales are final; we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except as expressly provided for verified production or shipping errors on our part.

8. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including designs created by Sticker Mania, logos, graphics, images, text, and layout — is the property of Sticker Mania LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any of our content or designs without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sticker Mania disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as otherwise required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sticker Mania LLC, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sticker Mania LLC, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or any content you submit — including any claim that your submitted artwork infringes the rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
