Sticker Mania — Shipping Policy

At Sticker Mania, every order is printed on demand and made to order. Please read the timelines below carefully — production time and shipping time are separate.

Production Time

All orders require 2–4 business days for production before they ship. Printing begins after your order is placed, and this window does not include shipping transit time. Production time may be slightly longer during periods of high order volume or holidays.

Shipping Time & Carrier

We ship exclusively via UPS. At checkout, you select the UPS shipping service you prefer, and the transit time depends on the service selected. Your total delivery time is your production time (2–4 business days) plus the UPS transit time for the service you choose.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on the volume of your order and is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Origin

Orders ship from Los Angeles County, California, United States.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a UPS tracking number so you can follow your package to delivery.

Address Accuracy Is the Customer's Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Sticker Mania is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Carrier Liability Once Your Order Ships

Once your order has been handed to UPS, it is in the carrier's care. Sticker Mania is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged by the carrier, we are happy to help you file a claim with UPS, but responsibility for the shipment at that stage rests with the carrier.
