1. We Are a Printing & Packaging Company Only

Sticker Mania is a printing and packaging company. We manufacture and sell empty printed packaging only — including blank mylar bags with printed labels and custom-printed packaging.

We do not sell, produce, distribute, or supply any cannabis, THC, CBD, concentrates, flower, extracts, edibles, controlled substances, or any other regulated or illegal products of any kind. Our products are empty packaging materials and contain no consumable, ingestible, or controlled contents whatsoever.

The packaging we sell is a blank product intended for lawful use only. Sticker Mania has no involvement in, and assumes no responsibility for, what customers choose to place inside our packaging after purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and end user to ensure that any use of our packaging complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including any labeling, child-resistance, or licensing requirements that may apply to their industry.

2. Intellectual Property — Our Designs Are Protected

All designs, artwork, graphics, templates, logos, images, and other creative content created by and displayed by Sticker Mania are the exclusive property of Sticker Mania LLC and are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, resell, modify, or otherwise use any of our designs or content without our express written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design; it grants only the right to receive the physical product you ordered.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or theft of our designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. Customer-Submitted Artwork

Where customers provide their own logos or artwork, the customer is solely responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use that content. Sticker Mania is not responsible for verifying the ownership of customer-submitted material, and the customer agrees that they hold all necessary rights to any artwork they submit. 4. No Affiliation or Endorsement

Sticker Mania is an independent printing company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed as a cannabis retailer, dispensary, or distributor. Any references to industries our packaging may serve are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply that we sell or handle any regulated product.
